General

By using the EasyCino website, purchasing a membership or ordering EasyCino or filling out our online surveys you permit EasyCino! Pty Ltd or one of its partners or agents to contact you,  by phone or via email, about our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website, or as a customer, or as a membership holder of EasyCino, as the case may be.

EasyCino Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership holders and customers, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with EasyCino Pty Ltd from the time of the update.

All content on this website belongs EasyCino  Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright. Under no circumstances is any content to be reproduced without the consent of EasyCino.

Pricing

All prices displayed on EasyCino website are in Australian Dollars there is no GST on our coffee capsuals. There is GST included in all espresso machine products.

Return/Exchange Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

All enquiries in regard to returns, exchanges, and refunds, need to be lodged via email to info@easycino.com.au.

EasyCino customer service will reply with the instructions on how to return via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, please call on 1800 056 399.

Please choose carefully as EasyCino does not give refunds every time. If you make a mistake when placing your order please contact us immediately so it can be rectified. All coffee capsules are guaranteed for flavour. If you don’t like your coffee flavours, we will refund your money less the capsule bags you have opened on these conditions

    You contact EasyCino within 30 days of your first payment date

    All payments have been up to date

    No more than 1 capsule bag of each flavour have been opened

Please note: If you have received a FREE Espresso Machine, this must also be returned with the Coffee Capsules.

All orders that need to be exchanged or returned need to be sent to the EasyCino warehouse at your own expense (EasyCino have discounted postal rates available) before any refunds or exchanges will occur. Each opened bag of espresso capsules will incure a $7.50 cost. If you change your mind and EasyCino has already sent your items, you will be charged a 10% late cancellation fee due to transport and administration costs incurred by EasyCino.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Return the espresso machine (and milk frother if applicable).  These items must be returned in a clean, near new condition, and packaged suitably to ensure the item is received by our warehouse as such. (a charge may be applied if the coffee machine is damaged or returned in an unsatisfactory state).

Warranty

For all warranty enquiries or to register your products warranty please contact EasyCino customer support on 1800 056 399

Please note: You will be unable to claim on a warranty if your payments with EasyCino or our third party payment facilities are in arrears. If you wish to make a warranty claim please ensure your payment schedule is up to date by calling EasyCino customer service to update your payment arrangement on 1800 056 399.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order of EasyCino, you can cancel at anytime prior to your first payment.  Call our Solutions Manager on 1800 056 399.  Once your first payment is successful, the dispatch process is activated, so a late cancellation fee of 10% may be applied to cover administration and freight costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Your products will be sent to the address given by you in the ordering stage. Please advise us directly tollfree 1800 056 399 if there has been a change of address or if you wish for it to be sent to a different location, prior to your first payment date. We ensure our products are packaged so as to prevent any damage occurring and therefore we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to most urban areas takes 1 week after you first payment comes out. Shipping to other countries is available and is sent via Australia Post, the cost will be determined at the point of postage.

Free Espresso Machine Promotion

This offer is only available whilst stocks last and its delivery is at the sole discretion of EasyCino. This free espresso machine offer promotion is also not available with any other offer. To receive a free espresso machine you must commit to the purchase of a minimum 700 capsule bulk order.

Payments

EasyCino allows you either pay your order off as one payment in full or you can choose to take our easy pay installment plan. This payment plan can either be 10 weekly or 10 fortnightly payments. EasyCino uses the third party provider OpenPay Pty Ltd or Ezidebit or Pty Ltd for all direct debit and credit card transactions.

Normally we try to take all payments out at 6am EST time so please make sure your money is available and clear. If you dont have enough clear funds in your designated account at the time of processing you will be charged a dishonour fee from Ezidebit (current rate is $11.90).

Contact EasyCino directly tollfree 1800 017 560 the business day prior to your payment in order to make any changes.  Your rights include full access to the personal information held concerning yourself. You may request a copy of this information or further information about the Ezidebit privacy practices at any time by contacting the Ezideibit Privacy Officer on (07) 3124 5500 or by e-mailing privacy@ezidebit.com.au.
